Introduction
Advanced EPDR/EDR integrates Panda Support Information (PSInfo), the Support tool that you can use to:
- Report a problem
- Collect data for diagnosis
How can I report issues through the console?
- Just access the console, click the Computers tab, select the specific computer with problems, right-click on the icon and select Report a problem.
- You will be presented with the following window.
It is very important that you enter a concise description of the issue, enter your email address and, finally, click Send. - Once the information is sent, click Close on the following screen.
