Cytomic Endpoint Security protection does not update after you restart the client computer following error 1603;30.
Solution_
Select the Update and restart now option within the pop-up window on the client endpoint:
If you select Remind later, the pop-up window will show again within 24 hours.
To force the pop-up window to appear, follow these steps:
- Go to the Advanced EPDR/EDR console.
- Click the Settings tab.
- Select the Per-computer settings option from the left menu.
- Select the desired settings’ profile.
- Expand the Updates option and disable the Automatically update Advanced EPDR/EDR on computers option.
- Make sure the computer or computers experiencing the upgrade issue are added to the Recipients field and click Save.
- Wait for a few minutes.
- Re-enable the Automatically update Advanced EPDR/EDR on computers option.
- Go to the client endpoint and when the Update and restart now / Remind me later option pop-up window shows, and select the Update and restart now option.
- Verify the protection version is updated.
