Symptoms_
An Event ID 1000 error is logged in the Windows Application event log with a message similar to the following:
  • Faulting application name: PluginLauncher.exe, version: 1.19.0.1, time stamp: 0x621512e6
  • Faulting module name: HealthCheck.dll, version: 1.21.11.0, time stamp: 0x664cbf9b
Solution_
The development team is actively working on a fix for affected devices. Although this error is logged, it is related to product statistics and does not affect agent performance or device protection. Affected devices remain fully protected.
