You may experience Blue Screen of Death (BSoD) under these scenarios: :

• BSOD triggered by the NNSPICC.sys driver when trying to obtain the Process ID (PID) within the dynamic protocol discovery functionality.
• BSOD triggered by the PSINReg.sys driver when connecting external hardware to the device via USB.

Affected Operating Systems
Windows 10 RS1 and Windows Server 2016.
